Founded by two dynamic leaders, Dr. Michael Jay Williams Jr. and Kristen D. Williams, M.Ed., our firm brings together over 35 years of combined experience in public service and education.

Dr. Michael Jay Williams Jr., a distinguished public service leader and organizational transformation specialist, bridges the gap between academic expertise and practical application as both a Senior Administrator in public service and Owner of Elevate & Evolve Coaching & Consulting LLC. He specializes in public service leadership with business acumen.

Kristen D. Williams, M.Ed.

Co-Founder, Coach/Consultant

Kristen Williams serves as Founder of Elevate & Evolve Coaching and Consulting, LLC., where she revitalizes educational institutions and organizations through strategic leadership development and innovative initiatives. Her primary role encompasses coaching, board leadership consulting, facilitating teambuilding, skill development and planning sessions, and organizational transformation strategy, combining her educational administration and organizational design consulting expertise. Her approach combines data-driven insights with human-centered solutions, focusing on sustainable growth and success.

 

With over 20 years of experience in education and organizational development, Kristen specializes in creating customized growth strategies for leaders, individuals, and institutions. Her expertise includes coaching new leaders, team building, professional development design, performance optimization, and organizational culture reform and transformation.
